2025 Kansas Seed and Crops Conference

Inclement Weather UPDATE 2/17/25: We will not be canceling the annual meeting due to the winter weather. But please be safe if you choose to travel.
Inclement Weather: Unfortunately, the weather forecast for Tuesday looks to be very cold and a pretty good chance of snow here in Manhattan. We certainly want everyone to be safe, so please be aware of travel conditions. KCIA will determine refunds for registration on a case-by-case basis and we are communicating with the Hilton Garden Inn about handling room cancellations if the need arises.

Registration
Register now to attend the 2025 Seed and Crops Conference. Hosting numerous seed company associate meetings as well as the annual business meetings of KSIA and KCIA, this one and a half day networking event can be a great opportunity to see friends and colleagues, but only if you are there. On site registration is allowed, so stop in!
Sponsor and Exhibitor Opportunities
We are looking for sponsors for our conference. There are five sponsorship levels available, starting at only $100. This is an advertising opportunity you don't want to miss. Last year we had nearly 150 attendees and guests. We hope you will consider being a Seed, Seedling, Plant, Plot, or Field level sponsor in 2025. Learn more with our sponsorship registration form.
Accommodations
We have reserved a limited number of rooms at a conference discounted rate with the Hilton Garden Inn in Manhattan, KS. The deadline to reserve one of these rooms is January 17, 2025. You can make a reservation by calling 785-532-9116 or using this linked website. Be sure to mention Seed and Crops Conference 2025 if you make your reservation by phone to get the conference discount.
Parking - UPDATED 2/14/25
There is no fee for parking in the adjacent parking garage through February. Please disregard any signage regarding paying, including the ParkMobile app or pay stations. The hotel has informed us that if you do pay, there is no way to reimburse those charges.
(Original Info: While there is a limited amount of free surface parking, effective August 1st, 2024, Manhattan has implemented parking fees for the Downtown Parking Garage located adjacent to the Manhattan Conference Center at the Hilton Garden Inn. Vehicles must be registered either by phone app or at the kiosk when you park. We will be sending out info for a discounted daily rate of $5 per vehicle to registered attendees closer to the conference date.
